Check Your Deletion Request Status

Enter your deletion request ID to check the status of your data deletion request.

When you submit a data deletion request, we process it within 30 days. The status of your request will be one of the following:

Received: We have received your request and are processing it
In Progress: We are currently processing your deletion request
Completed: Your data has been successfully deleted
Failed: We encountered an issue processing your request (you will be notified)

If you haven't received a deletion request ID, please submit your deletion request first by emailing us at notify@seawallsoftware.ca.
